Placing an Order

  1. Order Confirmation
    After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This email will include an order number, details of the items purchased, and the total cost of your order. Please review the details and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

  2. Order Processing
    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. In rare cases of product availability issues or delays, we will notify you via email.

  3. Shipping & Delivery
    Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information on delivery times, shipping methods, and costs.

  4. Changes to Orders
    Once your order has been placed and confirmed, changes to the order (including adding items, changing sizes, or modifying the shipping address) may not be possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

    • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Sale items, customized, or clearance products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at support@umarfabrics.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
    • Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN). Please ensure that this number is included with your return package.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Refund Process

    • Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  4. Defective or Damaged Items

    • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@umarfabrics.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
    • We will offer you a replacement, a full refund, or a store credit depending on the situation. We will also cover any return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of the same style, color, and size, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
  • Return Address: Returns should be sent to the address provided with your return authorization number. Please do not send returns to our headquarters or the shipping address on the original order.
  • Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is issued. If an item is found to be worn, damaged, or not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange.
